Plan, Plan, Plan
November 21, 2013
Members Present: Katie, Annie, Nick, and Maddie
(Someone stole the battery in Tayler's car, so needless to say, she was not able to make it to this meeting)
In lieu of traditional class, we discussed future steps we needed to take in order to fully prepare for the long presentation ahead. We still need to meet with administrative individuals within the UWRF community in order to ensure our financial scheme is feasible.
We also went over the survey results thus far. We have had forty-two responses at this point in time, but we are hoping to get at least eight more responses before we present and deliver our solution.
We started setting up a game plan for the steps in the next couple weeks ahead and divvying up who will present which content.

Short Presentation Questions
- Does this affect men as well as women?
- I think that as long as you ask the campus for solutions to this it would work.
- Why has campus not put lights by this trail already?
- If an assault occurred on a well-travelled, well-lit area, how can you prevent an assault on an isolated trail?
- Is the trail part of campus? Is it recognized by the university?
- I hope you plan on focusing on more than the lights and signs -- maybe more patroling?
- Are you doing this only on the rape trail or all of campus? Will you be giving any suggestions to students?
- How could you have more safety?
- Encourage walking with a partner, have more police/security
- How many students take the trail at night?
- Does the campus maintain the trail in the winter? Does it control for ice?
- How frequently is the trail used? Do they offer shuttles?

Interim Report: Writing Stuff Up
Date: Monday, October 28th from 7-9 p.m.
Group Members Present: Tayler, Maddie, Nick, Katie
This evening we wrote our Group Interim Report paper. We all contributed ideas while Tayler typed everything out. We felt it was important to meet in person to do this in order to make everything flow and ensure that everyone contributed ideas effectively. Annie was not at this meeting, but she sent a document containing lots of information that we selected a few little tidbits from.
